Expansion radar
Over half of new desk sales already come from existing members. That happens today when a community manager notices. It is a coverage problem, and coverage is the one thing that does not improve by trying harder.

A worked example
Orbit Robotics holds 60 desks at Infinix Palladium and is signalling 22 more. Infinix Palladium is running well below full, so hundreds of desks are free in the building. The account is not at risk, is not up for renewal for six months, and would not appear on any retention list. It appears here because a monthly conversation surfaced a hardware team hiring and a stated preference for contiguous space on the same floor. Filling 22 desks in a building already at fit-out and staffing cost is close to pure contribution. Nothing about this required a campaign, a discount or a new lead.
Why this cannot be solved with headcount
A community manager covering 1,200 desks might carry 90 member companies. Asking each of them a real growth question every month is 90 conversations, on top of tours, facilities, events and escalations. It gets done for the largest twenty and the loudest ten. The other sixty are not neglected out of carelessness, they are neglected out of arithmetic. Adding a second community manager doubles the cost and moves coverage from thirty to sixty. The voice layer moves it to all of them and hands the community manager the twelve that actually said something.
