Where the conversations happen
39 per cent of connected conversations happened outside 10:00 to 19:00. Founders and operations heads call back in the evening and at weekends, which is precisely when the enquiry line is quietest. This is not a story about AI being cheaper. It is a story about the hours in which the enquiry you already paid for is willing to talk.
Requirement size, on live enquiries
Routing rule
Requirements above 50 desks are handed to the enterprise team live, on the call, rather than batched into a report the following morning. Enterprise contributes 77 per cent of core revenue, so the cost of a slow handover there is not proportional to the number of enquiries it represents.
Attempt curve
Conversion continues well past the third attempt, which is where most human follow-up ends. A team that says not yet in March is often signing in June. The eleventh attempt is delivered exactly as well as the first, at any hour and at any concurrency, and the requirement discussed six weeks ago is recalled in full so nobody is re-qualified from scratch.
Reading note
Funnel counts are modelled from the demonstration ladder rather than a live CRM export. Attempt-curve and routing copy are illustrative of the operating rule, not a live measurement.
