Trigger engine

Flex demand is a timing problem more than a preference problem. A company that has just closed a round, registered an India entity or entered the last ninety days of a lease is in market whether or not it has filled in a form.

What this engine does not touch

Boundary
  • Company level signals only. A funding round, a filing, a job post and a lease expiry are all facts about a company, not about a person.
  • No scraped personal numbers. Contact details come from a licensed provider under contractual warranty, or from the CRM. Nothing is harvested.
  • DND scrub before every dial. Numbers are checked against the national registry and against the suppression list, and the check is logged.
  • Calling windows enforced. Outbound runs inside permitted hours, even if a campaign is scheduled outside them.

Written on the screen rather than in an annexe because this is the first question a listed company's legal team will ask, and answering it before it is asked is cheaper than answering it in week six of a security review.

How this should be paid for

Not as a data resale with a margin on top, which compresses and which you would eventually buy direct. As an outcome: a fixed monthly intelligence fee, plus a fee per qualified opportunity or per tour attended. The data cost sits underneath as a pass-through. That way the incentive is a filled desk rather than a longer list.

A worked example

Modelled

Ardent Analytics has a lease expiring in ninety four days on 11,400 square feet. At an assumed 90 square feet per person that is roughly 125 seats, which puts them in the range where a managed floor competes directly with a renewal at their existing landlord. The trigger fires at ninety days rather than at expiry, because a corporate real estate decision of that size is taken sixty to ninety days before the date, and an enquiry arriving in week eleven is arriving after the shortlist has closed. Nothing about this company was in the CRM before the signal fired. 10 triggers shown here are illustrative demonstration entries.
